Discount Art Supplies is a Price Comparison Service Please note that Discount Art Supplies is not a direct retailer. We provide a platform for artists to compare prices across multiple stores. We do not stock, sell, or ship any products directly from this website.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Because all purchases are made through our partner retailers (such as Amazon, Jackson’s Art, or Cult Pens), shipping and delivery are handled entirely by the retailer you choose.
- Shipping Costs: Rates are set by each individual retailer. You will see the final shipping cost on their checkout page before you pay.
- Delivery Times: Delivery estimates depend on the retailer’s location and your chosen shipping method. Typically, UK retailers offer standard delivery within 3–5 working days.
- Tracking Your Order: Once you complete a purchase on a partner site, they will send you a confirmation email with tracking details. Discount Art Supplies does not have access to your order tracking information.
2. Returns & Refunds
As we do not process your payment or ship your items, Discount Art Supplies cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
- How to Return: If you wish to return a product, you must follow the return and refund policy of the retailer from whom you bought the item.
- Damaged Items: If your art supplies arrive damaged, please contact the customer service department of the retailer who shipped the order to you immediately.
